At The Leather Spa, each restoration and care service is performed with meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of craftsmanship. Every piece entrusted to us is unique, and while we take the utmost care, results may vary depending on the condition, age, and natural characteristics of the material.
All services are considered bespoke and final once completed. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable. Full payment is required prior to the release of any completed item.
We use only the finest restoration materials, imported from France and Italy, to ensure the highest standard of care and long-lasting results. Clients are encouraged to inspect their items upon collection or delivery, as any concerns must be raised immediately.
