I am absolutely delighted with the result. I brought in a bag that was in very worn condition. The coating along the edges of the handles had completely peeled away, leaving the glue exposed, and the surface and texture on the bottom edges had been badly worn down. There were also several strange stains that looked like paint. I was told that these issues could be improved, but what the Leather Spa Atelier team achieved feels like absolute magic. The bag now looks completely new, as though it has just come from the store. The handles look brand new, every stain has been removed, and, most impressively, they managed to recreate the original texture on the worn areas at the bottom. When I first took the bag out, I genuinely could not even tell where the damage had been. This was not simply a repair, but a truly talented restoration. I am also incredibly grateful for your honesty, openness and flexibility throughout the whole process. Thank you so much for everything.
