General Information

We specialize in high-end restoration, cleaning, and color treatments for leather handbags, shoes, belts, wallets, and accessories. Every service is performed entirely by hand using premium materials imported from France and Italy.
Yes. We restore and care for all luxury brands, including Hermès, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and others. Each piece is treated with precision and tailored techniques suited to its specific materials and finish.

Service Process

Once an order is placed on our website, we contact you directly via WhatsApp to schedule a pickup time that suits both sides. Each item is then carefully assessed, treated at our atelier, and returned beautifully restored.
Currently, all pickups and deliveries are personally coordinated to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
Most services are completed within 7 to 14 days, depending on the work required and the condition of the item.

Pricing & Payment

We follow a clear and transparent pricing structure. For handbags, prices are based on the type of service selected — cleaning, cleaning with scratch and scuff removal, or recoloring. For shoes, pricing depends on the service required, such as cleaning, color restoration, or repair.
Full payment must be completed before the service begins. Payments can be made securely via online payment link or bank transfer.

Care & Aftercare

Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, or contact with moisture. Store leather goods in dust bags and away from heat sources. For lasting results, we recommend periodic maintenance treatments to preserve texture and suppleness.
Yes. Regular cleaning and conditioning help maintain the longevity and appearance of your restored pieces, and follow-up services can be arranged upon request.

Pickup, Delivery & Storage

Yes. We currently serve Dubai and Sharjah.
Within Dubai, pickup and delivery are complimentary for all orders above AED 150. For orders below AED 150, a flat fee of AED 60 applies.
For Sharjah, a flat fee of AED 60 applies to all orders.
Every order is coordinated personally to ensure a smooth and secure handover.

After your order is placed, we contact you directly via WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time that suits your schedule.
Items should be collected within 14 days of completion. Unclaimed items after 90 days will be considered abandoned.

Policies & Responsibility

All services are bespoke and final once completed.
While we take every precaution, results may vary depending on material condition, age, and prior treatments. Any visible or potential concerns are discussed before service begins.
We use only the finest restoration materials, imported from France and Italy, ensuring every piece receives the highest standard of care and craftsmanship.
